The Kludts and I have a couple things in common. For one, we share this beautiful valley and a love for wine (they actually own Lake Chelan Winery). Secondly, our son’s share a birthday. Yep, our baby boys were born on January 31st, 2017, and what even crazier? They ALMOST shared a name. For most of my pregnancy, we were going back and forth between the names Jameson and Finnegan (we ended up with Emmett) and I couldn’t believe it when I found out that not only did we share a birthing-day, we obviously share a similar taste in names! Anyhoo, when Megan reached out and asked if I’d take some family photos for them, I was EXCITED. Their little kiddos are absolutely adorable, and I had the perfect location in mind!
One of the biggest things that stood out to me during this shoot was the amount of love they have for each other. There were endless kisses, snuggles, and intimate moments I could tell weren’t just happening for a photo. This family knows how to show affection, and I couldn’t have been more honored to capture that for them.
