Hey Friends!
Well my goodness…I don’t think I’ve posted on the blog in months and months! Definitely been too long. I can’t wait to share the many sessions that have happened this fall and winter! And to start planning the amazing shoots that are coming!
Before we dive in to the good stuff, I’ll just share a little about why my social media and website have been MIA. Three months ago, my husband and I found out we are expecting our second kiddo…YAY. Except sickness. I know every mama can feel me when I say morning sickness…but just to add a little rain to that cloud, I have what’s called hyperemesis gravidarum. A very fancy word for severe vomiting and nausea, the kind that leaves you crippled and unable to move for months and months. Pretty much life is forced to come to a standstill, as it takes everything I have to just do basic things like eat and watch my little one-year-old. Anyways, I have slowly gotten better this past month and while I’m not 100% physically, I am totally there mentally and my motivation for getting this business rolling this year has kicked in BIG TIME. I’m not here to complain, just shed a little light and tell you guys- I’m back and EXCITED to be back. Boom 🙂
SO some exciting things are in the works at the moment!! I’ve got a new and improved website in progress, and I can’t WAIT for the grand opening of that small corner of the web. I’m in the process of building an email list so that my clients can get first access to deals and specials, and get updates on blogs and new sessions! And lastly, I have a few destination-shoot ideas for this year, and I’m so excited to share the details soon and find the right couples for those adventures! Just dream with me- you and your honey on the mountains of Washington Pass, or wrapped up in the forrest of Stehekin, or maybe toes dipping in the coastal waters of Oregon… If your ticker gets going just thinking about those places, we might be the right match for some crazy photography-adventure moments.
